Looks like it would work just fine. I'm still working through the first
edition of the "Palm OS Programming Bible", and it doesn't mention the
floating point routines there, so I wasn't aware of them. Also, being a
general-purpose collection of functions, it's a bit bigger and more
complex than what can be done for a specific case. For example, the
three lines of code that I put up before to print out a specific format
of floating point, vs the much larger but more generally useful
FplFToA() function. Since my app uses floating point numbers in a very
specific format, I can get away with using my simple-minded conversions.
