<Shrug> Clearly the reorganisation of your headers provided an
AdjustScrollbar() declaration with the section attribute to the
call site in your event handler, where there wasn't one before.
If you look back through the edits you made during your reorganisation,
I am certain you will find that this is the case. It's neither voodoo
nor magic. But then, now that it's working, I wouldn't be able to be
bothered looking back either :-).
