Hi All, A few months ago, I wrote an application for a customer that uses handera Flashpro routines to backup app and data files into flash memory. They use Symbol SPT 1740 terminals, and they have several SPT's already on the field.
They're complaining that, not seldom, the field operators return SPT's that won't work until the ROM is reflashed. The SPT remains apparently in 'debug mode' and won't leave this mode even with a hard or soft reset. I suspect of handera routines, but i'm not sure. Has anyone heard of this problem? Thank you.
