Yep.
When I have been looking at these header fields in the past, headers
dates in databases on the device have been relative to the 1904-01-01
epoch. Header dates in databases transferred using pilot-link have also
been relative to 1904-01-01. But I have a vague recollection that those
in databases transferred using Palm Desktop on Windows, when looking at
the .prc file on the Windows box, have been relative to 1970-01-01.
