you know - i do think about your comments; and, you'll find the occasional
use of the shift character for your name :) it isn't disrespect; thats
just how you see it. i have been writing in lowercase in my emails for
quite some time now - and, i am surely not going to change because someone
gets peeved that i forget to capitalize their name.
write a script that takes your mail, looks for 'john' and replaces it
with 'John' - then, you wont have the problem anymore. easily fixable
on your side :)
but john, i am a prick :) i know that. i can be rude, obnoxious, yet, at
the same time i can help and give answers to problems. in my eyes, thats
an acceptable enough balance. think what you like of me; i'm 'ardiri'
and i am surely not afraid to speak my mind - regardless of subject.
this is the free world isn't it? :)

programming != writing letters. different frame of mind.
ps: doesn't it annoy you that i use so many smileys :) :P, all of which
require me to use the shift key. so, i do use it every now and then,
i just dont feel the need for applying it to normal alphabetic chars
