Hi!
In a CW6 project file I am distributing I am using Neil Rhodes PilRC
plugin to compile resources. Users who load that file into CW9 complain
that CW9 is looking for PilRC.dll, but cannot find it. What's the proper
way to change the imported project file? Is it enough to remove the
compiler mapping which maps the .rcp file extension to the PilRC
compiler entirely, or is some other action needed?
1) Users can manually install Neil's plugin into V9 -- it will still work, we just didn't ship it in this release since the PilRC-support in the V9 Palm OS 68K linker works much better, turning the RCP-to-Rez-to-RSRC-to-PRC conversion steps into RCP-to-PRC directly.

2) To work best with V9, you need to change your linker from "Mac OS 68K" to "Palm OS 68K" and redo the pref panels, moving your settings from the old 68K Target and Palm Rez panels into the new Palm OS 68K Target and PRC File Settings panels.
