No we are not setting the screen mode.  Do we need to?  I just display
the bitmap with WinDrawBitmap using the resource ID of the bitmap
family.

Are you setting the screen mode to 2bpp or 4bpp?  The m105 defaults to
1bpp 
and will use that if your application doesn't explicitly change the
screen 
mode or you don't use an application like Screen Prefs to change the
default.
