Using PILRC. Tried many different combinations of setting control to usable/non-usable, hiding/showing using the scrollbar definition and programaticaly (CtlSetEnabled, CtlHideControl/CtlShowControl). I can get it to display through PILRC, but then cannot remove it from the display at runtime (not enough data on the form to require a scrollbar). When I set it to NONUSABLE in the form def, I can't get it to display using the 'Control' functions. Is there a particular sequence of calls to toggle the scrollbar on/off at runtime?
