Hi all, I have connected a Palm Zire to a Powerbook G3 with USB connector. My Mac OS is 9.2.2. My version of Palm Desktop Software is 2.6.3.
When I try to launch an HotSync session I get this error message: "Software needed for the USB device "Palm Hendheld" is not avaliable. Would you like to look for the software on the Internet ? " Then if I press "Ok" the search of the drivers fails. How can I solve my problem ? If I disconnect the Palm Zire and connect my Handspring Treo 270 all work fine..... Is Palm Zire incompatible with version of Palm Desktop 2.6.3 ?
