Yow! No idea what is happening, but I'd suggest going to the Palm OS debugger panel and hitting "Factory Settings" to reset the panel, just in case something got stuck.
I'll give it a try. Sounds like a good idea.
Are you using a saved POSE session?
No, I've been relaunching POSE regularly just to see if that would make a difference.
