In the past the memory reports produced by the Emulator were very usefull, but in the last time I get often reports such as
262.094: Chunk allocated by: 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0018026E> 262.094: Progress 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0018210E> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x001821EE> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x00182326> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0018ADE6> 262.094: Explorer 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0018A586> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0018A5EA> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x001818A2> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x00181A9E> 262.094: <Unknown @ 0x0017B8A4>
There are no symbols called Progress or Explorer in the program. I have a file called Explorer.c and ProgressDialog.c (not Progress.c!)
The program runs in the debug mode: optimizations are switched off, 'Generate A6 Stack Frames' switched on.
Did you turn off "MacsBug Symbols"? POSE needs these embedded in the application to get good results from its dumps.
