Converting Mac CW projects to CW 9 for Windows?

I know I have seen references to this before, but for the life of me I 
can't seem to find any information on this when I need it.

I would like to open my Mac Codewarrior for Palm projects in 
Codewarrior 9 for Windows.  How exactly do I do this?  What needs to be 
done?  What things do I need to be aware of.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
