I would like my application to create a datebook appointment with an alarm.
With the help of the DateBook code in the SDK, it's easy enough to add the appointment to the datebook database. The only issue is that if the newly-created appointment is the next one that should cause an alarm, the alarm doesn't happen. Is there some clever way around this that would work with DateBook/DateBook+/DateBk3/4/5/etc. ? I'll even settle for a brute-force way, if there's one. MV -- Do not send e-mail to the above address.
