PostScipt or TrueType versions of stdFont etc?

I'm looking for postscript or truetype (i.e., Windows-compatible) versions 
of Palm OS's stdFont, boldFont, largeFont, largeBoldFont, symbol 7, 9, 
11.  This is so I can make convincing UI mock-ups for my Palm projects.

Any ideas?
