Ben, I agree about the UI being launched from within EvtGetEvent but 
that's not what's happening here.  EvtGetEvent picks up on a vchr and 
calls SysNotifyBroadcastFromInterrupt which the 'Help' app has 
registered for.  The 'Help" app is started, FrmSaveActiveState, 
FrmInitForm,  FrmSetEventHandler,  FrmSetActiveForm  all work (in that 
order), FrmDrawForm never returns....

Do you see anything wrong with this picture?
