Yes its possible. There are applications to write files to the unit's ROM so I'm sure its possible for an application to use the same techniques to write a data file into ROM. http://www.handera.com/products/cat-flashpro.asp or go to www.palmgear.com or www.handango.com and search on 'Flash' for a list of other applications. I don't know of an SDK or examples. Maybe google could help.
