Depending on the number of people you are demoing the software for, you can
get a VGA port replicator and plug in several monitors. They won't be able
to control the device but they will be able to see it as you control it from
the PC.

You can get VGA port replicators for as few as 4 to as many as 30 or more
monitors. I see this kind of set up in places like Sams Club where they
show the same output on all the computer monitors.

Another method would be a VGA projector. These are a bit expensive but work
very well.

Depending on the platform requirements of the application you could also buy
several cheap Zire palms and load the software on them and let the users see
the real thing. I recently bought 5 or 6 Zires on e-bay for $20 - $40 each.
Of course these are B&W and only 2 MB of memory but they are perfect for the
demo I am giving which is formatted as a tutorial where you walk the users
through using the application.

As an incentive, you could give the Palms away when you are done.
Theoretically, the total cost of the demo units could be lower than any new
hardware you purchase or money spent on developing a new solution or
configuring an existing solution. The down side is lead time on the units.
Mine were purchased over several weeks as I was trying to get the best deal
on each.

Good Luck!
