bug found after simulator released. simulator i believe works. its not all the same code unfortunately :(
Correct. PalmSim.exe uses a C-based 68K instruction simulator, while the one on the devices is hand-coded in ARM assembly. They ran the same test cases through them, but missed this instruction in their tests.
