My app uses a lot of dynamic memory -- is there an article online somewhere that discusses downsizing the amount of dynamic memory used? I saw some lists and suggestions in the Palm Companion, but am wondering if anyone's written a comprehensive article on the subject.
E.g., I have nine code segments, but they're pretty random in terms of which files I put in them. I read in the Companion that this can effect performance and it mentioned "experimenting" to find optimal configurations, but I really don't know where to begin in terms or rearranging things. I'm using CW8 with the latest patch. If CW9 assists with optimizing, I'd be interested in hearing that. As you can tell, I'm a bit adrift. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
