So could some of you please share their experience about the compatibility between os3.x, os4.x and os5.x ?
My experience has been that as long as your code does not do anything outside the API, it works fine as the OS versions go up. We have had old
Some API functions don't work the same across the OS4/5 boundary: SrmSend SrmSetWakeupHandler (or rather, the WakeupHandlerProc itself) SysNotifyBroadcastFromInterrupt
to name a few - these were just some of my <ahem> favorites.
SrmSend works (or not) differently on different devices, depending on the OS version and CPU.
