now, that's the tricky part :o)
but there's a not so hard but dirty workaround:
- save the current prefLauncherAppCreator
- set prefLauncherAppCreator to your creator-id
- switch to address book
- when the user taps the launcher button, your app is opened
- restore previous prefLauncherAppCreator
if the user presses another hardwarebutton or silkbutton you'll probably
have a problem...
