Toshiro,
You can use the ScrollBar control from the Constructor
if you are using Code Warrior. This gives you the
regular scroll bar that you see in Browsers and other
desktop applications. 
But to make the scrolling happen, whether you want
page scrolling or line scrolling, you will need to
write the code.
