This would be the place. You could also try the communications forum. If you are a registered developer, I there are other support channels available. Login to your developer pavilion account and check out the support incident section. You may have to pay to get immediate attention. Otherwise, the forums are monitored by Palm and other helpful developers. (getting the right info into your question is a key to getting a response)
