SysLibLoad serial library

hi! I have a palm app that opens the serial port using the old serial 
manager. The problem is that in  Zire 71, the "Serial Library" is not 
loaded at startup (SysLibFind returns this error code).

I found this site (http://www.palmopensource.com/index.php3?more=382) 
that could help me, but the link is dead :-(

so....anyone knows how can i use SysLibLoad to load the serial library? 
What values should i fill in libType and libCreator?

Err SysLibLoad (UInt32 libType,UInt32 libCreator, UInt16 *refNumP)
