What are the correct icon sizes for ICONFAMILYEX and SMALLICONFAMILYEX?
Single density is 22x22 and 15x9.
High Density is 44x44 and 30x18.
One-and-a-half density (for 240x240/320 devices) is 33x33 and 23x13. (This isn't supported until Palm OS 5.3)
