That's been done in NS Basic/Palm as well (<http://www.niconnect.com/ NSBasic/Armlet/>), but that isn't quite what Aaron is suggesting. His idea is to have a full compiler for Basic, which would create a pure StrongArm binary executable. We've looked at doing this, but feel the threaded p-code interpreter model we use will be easier to use and support.
