I wouldn't expect anyone to answer it yet again again unless you gave some sign that you had tried the answers that were listed and described why they weren't appropriate for you. As a matter of fact, if I simply type your subject line into Google I see several appropriate answers on the first page of results. Did you try this?
"my prc size is around 900kb" didn't give any sort of information that would help solve the problem. Did it ever run before it reached 900kb? Why is it so large? Have you successfully built a multisegment project before? What step did you take that made the difference between running and not running?
"How to import makefile to Palm ProjectFile?" seems to have very little to do with the subject line, and much more to do with java/C integration.
