I was recently informed that my application does not work with WordComplete from CIC. I investigated this and could not find a reason why WordComplete would be inoperable while my forms containing standard fields were active. I wrote to CIC technical support asking for advice and was told to "enable forms to accept active text fields". I responded to CIC saying that I didn't understand what that meant and I asked for additional information. It quickly became clear that CIC technical support didn't understand what this meant either.
Does anyone on the list have an idea of what the problem might be or what "enable forms to accept active text fields" means?
