if you are not interested in writing ARM code, you can stick with CodeWarrior 8 on mac and just update your SDK.
Actually, I'm note that on-device-debugging won't work for Palm OS 5 (ARM-based) devices using CW for Palm OS V8. If you need to debug apps on the actual device, even for 68K code, then you need to update to CW for Palm OS V9 and a PC-based environment if you want to keep using CodeWarrior and its debugger.
