Move your FONT definition to a separate RCP file and add that to the project. PilRC Designer doesn't handle them well in this version, it appears.
Is there any problem with going back a rev of the designer instead?
No, you should still be able to run the previous version. I don't know what was changed from 2.0.6 to 2.1.3, alas.
