Isn't that what a centrally-located creator id registry is for? How else could you make a creator id that will never conflict with any app anyone else will ever load now or in the future? If it's sensitive, or you don't want people to know what the details of your app are, register the creator, and then say it's a "memo replacement program", or a "shopping list program", and put bogus contact details.
