Do you know - are you able to trap the Graffiti-area shortcut events with
sysNotifyEventDequeuedEvent ?

And, is this the only way to get consistent behavior on the keyboard
shortcuts?  It seems a pity to slow down the system by going there rather
than to the event that by all rights should be posting the event.
