In order to work manually on resources, i.e. not using Constructor, I 
tried to recompile the same project using source files :

- download one of the rsrc->rcp tools (Pages of metrowerks) to get 
source files
- get my .r , include and bmp files
- recompile

It always gives the same result:

"Appli called SysFatalAlert with the message:
MemoryMgr.c, line:4340, NULL handle".
And, for some reasons, the icon is the default one (not the BMP file).

While it works fine through Constructor (I'm still on CW6)
