Read about the serial manager in the SDK docs. There are examples in various places on the web you can search for. There is an example in the PalmKnowledge Base titled ' Polling serial data with event loop and Alarm'. It shows using the serial Srm calls to collect serial data. There are several good books out that detail serial communications. I've used the 'Palm Programming: The Developer's Guide' 2nd edition. It has good examples. Search the archives for past posts. You'll find tons of tips. Also, as a bonus, the Symbol SDK has printer interface routines. Check their docs for details.
