Multiline Text on a Field Box

Hy all.

I have a multline field on my app, and want to set a multiline text on it,
but i don't know how to use the CRLF char to make the text pass to the next
line. Look the example below:

    My text is: Palm OS System

    and i what that the field apear like this:

   Palm
   OS
   System

    using 3 lines. How can i do this?
