We're using Constructor 1.9.1. It should be the latest release as it comes from the latest sdk.
I'm a bit suprised there are still many "obvious" bugs in this version - file management - creating bitmaps and change the size - bitmap drawing ...
I won't ask "Is this program made by trainies?" even if I'd be glad to know the answer (as I lost hours of work due to the unrliability of the tool), or "Does anyone test the exe before to integrate it in the SDK?" but, more positively :
What tool are you usually using to design bitmaps and resources ?
