Thanks Ben... I am creating the PRC application by adding a .rcp file to an empty project and then building the project. Therefore, I am unable to change the 'appl' type.
Yes you can... the type is specified in the PRC File Settings panel (or the PalmRez panel for the old Mac OS 68K linker). Just change it there.
