Load the program dotdot2.prc and it will do it for you. It comes with codewarrior if you have it, or I am sure you can find it somewhere on the net.
There is a Palm OS knowledge base article with a newer version of DotDotTwo that supports auto-restart on reset. I'd get that version if you don't already have a copy.
