If I have a user on a Tungsten T running OS 5.0, how can I upgrade that user to 5.2? Are there OS updates available somewhere online?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. PalmOne has not yet offered any OS upgrade to the Tungsten T, except an update patch.
Currently the only way is to get a Tungsten T2 or T3...
