Palm did distribute a handheld API Browser at one of their syncup meetings 
some time ago.  Pretty handy having the reference on the Palm, especially 
when developing on a laptop while commuting :-).  I don't think they've 
updated it, but I think the reference is good for up to OS 3.5.

Maybe it's on PalmSource's website?  If not, I'll see if I can dig it up.
