I deleted my prc-tools 2.3 install and installed prc-tools 2.2 and it
worked! I am using the gdpanel.prc from the 2002-08 prc-tools-samples.zip
file on SourceForge. Why doesn't prc-tools 2.3 work with the gdbpanel from
the samples? Should I have compiled my own gdpanel.prc using the provided
source?

I'm using prc-tools 2.3. Maybe I should go back to 2.2 and try.

I just tried GDB on T3 with prc-tools gdb, and it works fine.
I use prc-tools 2.2 with Ton van Overbeek's multi-section debugging patch
Hope that helps...
