I've developed an application of 83 Kbs but Hotsync fails to load on the handheld giving the message:"the terminal is out of memory" and it deletes the aplication. The handheld has 4Mbs of memory free and a heap of 200Kbs free. I tested also with other terminal with bigger heap (800 Kbs) but I got the same problem.
The handhelds are SPT 1700 Symbol anf SPT 1800 Symbol.
any idea please?...it is very urgent!!!!
What tools are you using? How large are your code resources? If you're using older tools, they may not be properly warning you when you have too much code in a single segment. Going to a multi-segment/multi-section application is probably what you need to do.
