Try EvtEnqueuePenPoint to add a dot or a stroke for shift and \ and call the
function EvtGrfProcesStoke.

static void AddPen(Coord x1, Coord y1, Coord x2, Coord y2)
{
 UInt8 i;
 PointType p;

 for(i=0;i<=3;i++){
  p.x = x1+(x2-x1)*i/3;
  p.y= y1+(y2-y1)*i/3;
  EvtEnqueuePenPoint(&p);
 }
 p.x =-1;  // end of the stroke
 p.y= -1;
 EvtEnqueuePenPoint(&p);
}
