I use SrmOpen and serPortCradleRS232Port to open the serial port of a Palm, but serErrAlreadyOpen has detected and I use SrmClose to close the portID. Then I use the same routine to try to open the serial port again. However, the same error serErrAlreadyOpen occurs again. Why I can't close a RS232 port and open it? It seems always occupied. How can I open a RS232 port successful?
