How can I disable HotSync in serial port? I can find the delete of a connection in Available Connections menu only.

The m130 isn't supported over USB, as best we can tell. It should work over serial, but I've not personally testing that device. Make sure that HotSync isn't set to use the serial port when you try serial debugging.
