"at once"? I sent the request over three weeks ago. If I didn't say anything, it would be forgotten (it already seemed to be ignored).

I'm sure there's lots of plain generic code unless everyone writes a new "DrawBMP" function a different way each time they write an application. Don't you have a library of functions?

If asking people is not the way of attracting contributions and my recent posts aren't the way either, then I fail to see any alternative.
It doesn't appear I will be attracting any contributions no matter which way I go about it. Everyone would rather spend their weekend saying how much they help the community and arguing with me that I'm wrong rather than providing one line of code.

I didn't attempt to create a big argument. I was simply pointing out that I asked for any contributions and was completely ignored by all.
So, we shall let it pass and I will zip my lip and find code in the forum and stfw instead of politely requesting code.

No, the answer is: you may ask for code, but don't condemn people as egotistical if you don't get it at once.

You're taking lack of time, lack of interest in your Web site or lack of plain generic code
for bad faith and mean attitude (and shouting out loud).

It's definitely not the way you're going to attract contributions.
