Is the source code for the Symbol prefs prc available? The reason I ask is because:
I have used the Symbol SDK to initialize all of the variables that they expose in their interface to set up the radio. This creates a file named S24Preferences.pdb. Unfortunately, when I start the radio once this is done, it fails to start. What I have found is that by running the prefs prc, pulling down the menu and selecting the Network tab causes the radio to begin working. I don' t have to select anything on that panel. Once that has occurred, my setup routine can set up and init the radio every time until a cold reset. Further, if the Symbol prefs code is not available, is there a way to script the action described above? I know I can set a timer to run prefs and then another one to switch back to my prc, but can I script the action of pulling down the menu and selecting the network panel? I either need to know what the network panel is doing that makes it all work, or call the panel up automatically.
