Hi, I had a similar Problem with Pilrc. It happened because I've installed CW as admin and tried to work with it as normal user. The Pilrc installer stores the registration key in the windows registry so they are only available to the user who has installed the app. To resolve the prob find the Pilrc keys in the windows registry and copy them to the registry of the user who's intended to work with it.
