Trying to create a graphic control dynamically (CtlNewGraphicControl). The bit map resource does not show up on the control when drawn (the control responds when selected, so I know it is there; just can't see it). I've tried CtlSetUsable() and CtlDrawControl() after creating, still does not show up. What else do I need?
