Joke answer: microsoft notepad Serious answer: microsoft notepad. I always hand edit my .rcp files. Very rarely, if I feel the need to tweak a form and want a graphical view, I cut and paste just that form into PilRC designer, tweak it, then paste it back into my resource file. Other than that it's a lot easier to just adjust everything by hand than dealing with constructor or PilRC designer. They can both be more trouble then they are worth.
